As more and more people are coming back to Mass, we greatly rejoice! But, having said this we still must meet State guidelines for occupancy. In order not to go over our allowed number of persons in the building, effective this weekend (Sept 19/20) all church doors will be locked 5 minutes after Mass starts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you arrive and the doors are locked, we invite you to come back to a later Mass or watch Mass on our YouTube channel. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us be able to keep our church doors open! Let us all pray that this ends soon and we can resume our normal way of coming to Mass!
The primary change is the location for where confessions will be heard. Instead of confessions being heard in the St. Teresa Room ... they will now be heard in the vestibule of the Parish Office. This will be the location for confessions on both Tuesdays and Saturdays
Beginning with the Weekend Masses June 6/7, we will be allowed to have up to 30% capacity in Mass. Please click on the link above for the current Mass directives.
Beginning Monday June 15, the recitation of the Holy Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet is returning to the parish—with some changes. The recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 8:15AM in the main church prior to the 8:45AM Mass (Monday through Saturday) The recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet will immediately follow the 8:45AM Mass (Monday through Saturday) in the main church. Going forward, both the Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet will permanently be prayed in the main church, and not in the Chapel. This is so that we may maintain proper social distancing allowing the maximum number of people to participate in the recitation of both. And so, we ask that you please choose a seat for the Rosary and remain in your same seat for Mass so that we do not have to clean that spot before Mass begins. Your understanding and cooperation are very much appreciated.
We will be reopening the Adoration Chapel beginning June 15 with limited capacity due to social distancing requirements. We have rearranged and removed some chairs so they are approximately 6 feet apart from each another. Please do not move the chairs or change the configuration of the chairs! When leaving adoration, we ask that you kindly wipe the hard surfaces of your chair. Sanitizing wipes will be in the chapel to use. If all seats are occupied, we are at capacity, and you may not enter the Adoration Chapel at that time. Currently, the Adoration Chapel is only open during Parish Office hours during the week (M-F). For now, Diocese permitting, we will continue to have Our Lord in the monstrance up on the second floor for our parking lot adoration.
